Global Warming

Global warming is the increase in the average measured temperature of the Earths near-surface air and oceans since the mid-20th century, and its projected continuationThis is the definition from wikipedia. The bottom line is that global warming is a term used when referring to the change in temperature as it relates to the fault of mankind. They say that global warming is caused by our green house gases being emitted from cars, factories and such. Most scientists do agree that we are causing global warming. They say that the average temperature of the near surface and oceans has increased by around 1.32 percent with an error of plus or minus 1/3 of a percent. The most publicized piece on global warming is the movie by Al Gore, an inconvenient truth where Al Gore provides the notion that our carbon emissions might be responsible and that the polar ice caps are melting. The general consensus is that temperatures will continue to increase and many groups are encouraging individuals to do there part to help stop global warming, by making educated choices.
